The Yardi Property Transitions Specialist will support a natinal conversions team with on-boarding and off-boarding properties, responding to incoming client questions and requests regarding Willow Bridge Property Managemetn systems, including Yardi 7s and Rent Cafe/CRM. The incumbent of this role will maintain all asepcts of the customer relationship, assisting clients in various technical and data services via phone/emails as it relates to data.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Primary role is to work with Willow Bridge property management personnel to assit them with Transition and Conversion requests or questions as it relates to Willow Bridge Property Management Systems – Yardi 7s, Rent Cafe/CRM and OneSite:
- Performing data conversions for new property acquisitions
- Investigating system or data problems and taking corrective action in the system
Bachelor’s Degree a plus, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate. Minimum 2 years of Yardi support experience.
RequiredSkills:
- Working knowledge of the following systems: Yardi 7s, Rent Cafe/CRM.
- OneSite and Entrata experience a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, verbal & written skills
- Basic PC skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Working knowledge of Y2Y mapping and ETL data review/imports
