Willow Bridge is currently hiring for an experienced Tier 1 User Admin Support Analyst. Responsibilities

Primary role will consist of:

  • The setup of a new hire user access
  • Provide accurate system role and access to applications
  • Reset and Unlock accounts
  • Provide Email Support
  • Work with Willow Bridge’s property management personnel to assist with questions or problems they have with Willow Bridge’s Property Management Systems.
Qualifications

Qualifications
:

Bachelor’s Degree is a plus but not required, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate.

Required Skills
:

  • Knowledge of the following is a Plus but not required: Yardi 7s, Rent Café/CRM, Payscan, Yardi 6, OneSite, and Entrata, OKTA, Active Directory, Gmail, Password resets.

  • Excellent communication, verbal & written skills

  • Basic PC skills / Helpdesk experience

  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Ability to work with team members

  • Customer Service Skills
