Job Description Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner to join our Corporate Finance team, based in Sydney. This full-time role will see you partner with our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business, providing timely financial insights to drive decision-making and improve performance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly performance reporting and provide insights on business transactions for commercial decision making

• Support operational stakeholders with financial analysis to drive margins and deliver on CRE growth strategies

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, pipeline, productivity and profitability

• Develop and maintain financial models, supporting scenario analysis and continuous process improvements.

• Partner and collaborate with senior business leaders, finance and stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision making and improve financial performance

About You:

• 5-7 years♠experience in FP&A or a related Finance role.

• Strong commercial finance background with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.

• CA or CPA qualified.

• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power BI).

• Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders, driving innovative solutions, and influencing change.

• Experience handling and analysing complex, high volume data

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
