Multi-Site Maintenance Technician
Apply now for our Multi-Site Maintenance Technician opening! As the Maintenance Technician you will part of a team that is responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of AMLI at Escena and AMLI on Riverside.
- Perform general and higher level maintenance service such as: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
- Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
- Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.ÂÂ
- Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in apartment/building maintenanceÂÂ
- Rotation for on-call and weekend availability is required.
- HVAC/EPA Refrigerant Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal) or ability to obtain after hire.
