Job Description Summary

We are looking to hire a Manager – MEP Services , candidate with 10+ years of experience in MEP Services in Industrial projects.

Job Description

• Should be Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical.
• Should have been worked in atleast one Industrial project from concept to completion, including Preconstruction stage work experience.
• Should Lead MEP team. Should have IBMS package work experience, Design & Procurement coordination.
• Manage Site construction by ensuring QA/ QC in place, vendor coordination, Interaction with design team for execution issues, manage construction documentation.
• Testing & commissioning of services and documentation.
• Ensure project execution time lines are met & advise actions required to mitigate any likely delays.
• Should do site coordination & construction by ensuring QA/ QC in place, vendor coordination, manage construction & commissioning documentation of MEP Services.
• Ensure the construction is as per GFC drawings. Ensure project execution targets of Daily/ Weekly/Monthly are met.
• Experience in BIM software, work experience in LEED targetted project is preferred.
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication is must.

Key Skills:

• A bachelorâ™s degree with a major in Mechanical or Electrical or other related technical area is preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years of prior work experience
