Make Ready Technician – Apartment Maintenance
Apply now for AMLI Residential’s Make Ready Technician opening at our apartment community at AMLI Old Pasadena. As the Make Ready Technician, you will ensure that all vacated apartments are restored to “make ready” status, diagnose problems, and make repairs in areas such as dry walling, painting, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and appliance repair.
Duties Include:
- Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists to ensure move-in ready.
- Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets, curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, lights, etc.ÂÂ
- Check faucets and sink plugs and repair/replace them as necessary. Replace washers when needed. Perform exterior repairs to sinks, bathtubs, etc., when warranted.
- Assist with painting and drywall repair.
- Make new keys when requested. Replace vacancy lock (if applicable) on the day lock is changed for new resident move-in.
- Share cleaning and grounds-keeping duties with all the maintenance staff

 Requirements:ÂÂ
- Maintenance and Repair experience in Painting, Drywall, Basic Electric, and Plumbing.ÂÂ
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 100 lbs.
