Maintenance Technician
Overview:
Looking for a new opportunity in your career as a maintenance professional? AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician that will help at two luxury apartment communities in the Mueller area of Austin!
Up to $2,000 in sign-on bonuses!
As the Multi-Site Maintenance Technician you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of AMLI at Mueller and AMLI Branch Park.
Duties include:
- Perform general and higher level maintenance service such as: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Ensure all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
- Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
- Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
- Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
- Availability for on call and weekend rotation
- HVAC Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal)
