Luxury Rental Market Strategist

Overview:

AMLI Residential seeks a Luxury Rental Market Strategist for their Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office. Duties include: write and structure investment packages for distribution to Investment Committee/Joint Venture Partners with the thesis that a significant part of the demand pool will be from foreign nationals. Prepare project specific data, financial models and demographic information. Identify and analyze the housing and features preferences of foreign national luxury renters in AMLI markets. Strategize with design teams on unit plans, amenity types and layouts. Develop market reports. Conduct financial feasibility and analysis of demand by luxury renters from foreign countries.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (foreign academic equivalent accepted) and 1 year of experience in financial analysis of investments in the luxury rental real estate industry.

President Biden recently announced proposals to combat the COVID-19 pandemic more aggressively, including plans for a new rule requiring employers with 100 or more employees to mandate that their workers be vaccinated or undergo weekly testing. In anticipation of the final guidelines and to protect the health and safety of our employees and residents, AMLI has determined that achieving a 100% vaccination rate as soon as possible is our best course forward. AMLI is requiring new hires to be vaccinated before they begin employment and if not vaccinated, initial shot before 1st day and vaccinated (both shots for Pfizer & Moderna or 1 shot for Johnson & Johnson) within 30 days of hire date.
