Leasing Consultant – Luxury Apartments

Overview:

Are you competitive, have an eye for detail and a passion for helping people? AMLI Littleton Village is looking for candidates with strong sales skills and exceptional customer service abilities. As the Apartment Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, in addition to building a trusted customer service focused relationship with our residents. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property’s maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. You also have the opportunity to host and plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work.

• Starting pay $18. 00 an hour plus earn up to an extra 40% plus in leasing commissions/bonuses and awards

Requirements
:

• We are looking for candidates with great customer service skills that love working with people. Previous experience in customer service/sales, retail, food service, or prior leasing experience is beneficial.
• HS/GED required college a big plus.
• Weekend availability is required
