Leasing Consultant – Luxury Apartments

Overview:

If you have great sales and customer service experience and want the opportunity to work at a luxury apartment community, apply now for our Apartment Leasing Consultant opening. As the Leasing Consultant at AMLI Toscana Place, you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property’s maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments and preparing lease documentation. Our “SMART Office” technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff. You’ll get the opportunity to plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work.
Requirements
:

• We are looking for candidates with great customer service skills that love working with people. Previous experience in Retail/Hospitality/Food Service/Apartment Leasing is a big plus.
• HS/GED required, college a big plus.
• Weekend availability is required.
