HVAC Service Technician

Overview:

As the HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the apartment building and grounds. Duties include:

• Perform general and higher level maintenance services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
• Per policy, conduct inspections as required, and participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training.
• On Call and weekend availability is required.
• EPA Refrigerant Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Driver’s license required if not living on the property.

?Estas buscando una nueva oportunidad en tu carrera como profesional de mantenimiento? Como tecnico de mantenimiento, seras responsable de mantener el funcionamiento eficiente y el mantenimiento del edificio de apartamentos y los terrenos.

Los deberes incluyen:

• Realizar servicios de mantenimiento de nivel general y superior como HVAC, fontaneria, electricidad, carpinteria, reparacion de electrodomesticos, sustitucion de cristales, etc.
• Responder oportunamente a las solicitudes de servicio de los residentes.
• Estar disponible para estar en llamada incluidos los fines de semana y las noches.
• De acuerdo con la politica, realizar inspecciones segun se requiera y participar en el mantenimiento preventivo, incluyendo la piscina, la iluminacion exterior, los cambios de filtro y las inspecciones de los apartamentos.
• Limpiar el area de trabajo, las herramientas y el equipo. Cuidar, mantener e inventariar todos los suministros y equipos de la propiedad y de la empresa gestora.

Requisitos:

• Minimo 3 anos de experiencia y/o formacion relacionada.
• Se requiere disponibilidad de llamadas y fines de semana.
• Certificado de Refrigerante EPA (tipo 1 y 2 o Universal) o habiliad de reciber certificacion en 60 dias
• Se requiere licencia de conducir si no se vive en la propiedad para tomar llamadas
