Job Description

Please join us for a career fair on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 from 8am-5pm at our Charlotte Corporate Office located at: 521 E Morehead St. | Suite 400 | Charlotte, NC 28202.

Positions Hiring for: Leasing Professional, Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager, Groundskeeper, Make Ready Technician, Service Technician, Service Supervisor.

  • Community Manager: At least 2-year experience in residential property management in a Community Manager or related role.
  • Assistant Community Manager: At least 1 year experience in residential property management in an Assistant Manager role or related experience in collections/bookkeeping required.
  • Leasing Professional: At least 1 year experience in apartment leasing, real estate, or related sales role required. Must have outstanding customer service and sales ability and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills.
  • Maintenance Supervisor: At least 2 years’ experience required in an apartment maintenance/service role or similar field of maintenance. HVAC and EPA certification required.
  • Maintenance Technician: At least 1 year experience required in apartment maintenance/service role or similar field of maintenance. HVAC and EPA certifications strongly preferred.
  • Groundskeeper/Make Ready Specialists: Previous property upkeep experience in a groundkeeper, porter, apartment turn, or related role preferred. Strong customer service skills required.

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
