Executive Assistant

Overview:

AMLI Residential is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional to support high-level executive in a variety of support and administrative functions. This role is actively involved in an array of company wide special projects and will work closely with AMLI’s leadership team. Additionally the position will lead coordination with the company’s other support staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support business operations with ongoing activities and/or various special projects
  • Coordinate ongoing process improvement award program
  • Event planning & coordination for annual leadership conference
  • Create and edit MS Excel spreadsheets, Power Point presentations, Word documents and organizational charts
  • Coordinate and prepare President’s (and other senior executives as necessary) travel arrangements
  • Maintain President’s daily calendar schedule and prepare weekly AMC leadership calendar
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly conference calls for President; participate in meetings/conference calls and provide timely summaries and follow up items
  • Manage and handle escalated resident phone calls, as well as online reputation management
  • Provide leadership and direction for Administrative Assistants/HR Field Representatives

Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of high-level administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and interpersonal and customer service skills. College degree preferred, HS degree required. Must demonstrate excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills to be considered. Professional demeanor, enthusiastic and the ability to maintain confidentiality, work well independently, handle multiple projects and prioritize work flow are also essential. Excellent organizational skills are required. Property Management/Real Estate experience a plus.
