Reports to Multimedia Specialist

Performance Setting New Standards. ..

• Main area of focus would be creating design elements to support Weidner s migration efforts.
• Design flyers, brochures, digital banners, print advertising, or other marketing materials (or coordinate with vendors) to support corporate, regional and site-specific marketing needs.
• Keep all Weidner photos properly named and organized.
• Use basic photo editing skills to adjust and properly size images for different media.
• Design, update and/or convert logos as vector graphics.
• Maintain and follow company brand guidelines to ensure company standards are consistent and protected from misuse.

• Maintain and organize database of current, attractive and engaging photography that highlights the benefits of living at Weidner communities.
• Maintain and organize database of all current Weidner logos, insuring each version is included in .ai (vector) and .png (print & web) formats.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design software – Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop, Acrobat
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Good eye for typography, color and clean design
• Graphic design knowledge for both print and digital media including file optimization for each medium
• Ability to transform information into infographics
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills
• Able to juggle multiple projects with multiple deadlines, establish priorities, and coordinate tasks
• Able to provide creative solutions to complex problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
• Valid and current driver s license

Bonus skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro
• Detailed photo editing capabilities with a large emphasis on color correction of difficult lighting situations
• Basic technical skills and experience with digital DSLR cameras
• Knowledge of and ability to set up video lighting
• Familiar with Matterport tours
