Custodian/Groundskeeper
Overview:
AMLI Residential is looking to hire a Groundskeeper/Custodian at our luxury apartment complex in northwest Austin. We are looking for someone with an eye for details and that can work independently. This position ensures the quality appearance and upkeep of properties and grounds in order to maintain its overall appeal to future and current residents.
Other Duties include:
- Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas on a daily basis.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary. Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless. Clean model apartments on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Care for, maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Janitorial, Cleaning, Custodial work preferred.
- Some weekends may be required.
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.

Esta posicion se basara en nuestra comunidad de apartamentos en noroeste de austin. Estamos buscando una persona con un ojo para los detalles y que puede trabajar independientemente. Esta posicion asegura la apariencia y el mantenimiento de la oficina, apartamentos y terrenos con el fin de mantener su atractivo general para los residentes actuales y futuros. Otros deberes incluyen:- Limpar diariamente la oficina de arrendamiento, las areas comunes, las amenidades y las areas al aire libre
- Preparar unidades vacantes para la ocupacion segun sea necesario. Mantenga todas las vacantes frescas e inodoras.
- Cuidado de la piscina y equipo relacionado; Mantener la calidad del agua y los aparatos de seguridad
- Cuidar, mantener e inventariar todos los suministros y equipos propiedad de la propiedad y / o la sociedad de gestion.
:
- Experiencia previa en limpieza o trabajo de custodia preferido.
- Algunos fines de semana pueden ser necesarios.
- Capacidad de empujar, tirar y levantar hasta 50 libras.
