ResponsibilitiesThe Client Service Manager is a new position that has been created to focus on New Client Development as well as active client support. The Client Service Manager reports to the AVP of Client Services.This position will work closely with internal team members as well as external clients to ensure that Willow Bridge continues to grow and provide an unparalleled level of service.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Takes the lead on identifying and pursuing potential new clients.
- Provides feedback and reporting on outcomes of potential new clients and business pitches.
- Represents Willow Bridge professional at different industry conferences.
- Collaborates internally with different departments such as Procurement, Communications & the Regionally based markets to ensure the success of our clients.
- Central point of contact for client questions, concerns, and touchpoints.
- Participate as a key member of potential new client pitches.
- This role will have one direct report that they will oversee.
Critical Skills & Qualifications
:
- Bachelors♠degree preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners, including senior leadership.
- Ability to prepare and deliver business presentations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills and abilities; high integrity.
