Apartment Maintenance Technician
Looking for a new opportunity in your career as a maintenance professional? AMLI Lenox has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician at a stunning luxury high rise. This position comes with a housing allowance for an apartment at AMLI Lenox!
As the Maintenance Technician, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the apartment community. Duties include:
- Perform general and higher-level maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
- Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
- Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
- Conduct inspections as required, per policy, and participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.ÂÂ
- Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management company.

Requirements:ÂÂ
- Minimum one year of related experience and training as a Maintenance Technician.
- Experience working maintenance in high-rise buildings is a plus
- Availability for on-call and weekend rotation
- HVAC Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal)
