Apartment Maintenance Technician

As the Maintenance Technician, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the apartment community. Duties include:

• Perform general and higher-level maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
• Conduct inspections as required, per policy, and participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections. 
• Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management company.

Requirements: 

• Minimum one year of related experience and training as a Maintenance Technician.
• Experience working maintenance in high-rise buildings is a plus
• Availability for on-call and weekend rotation
• HVAC Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal)
