As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for various activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Your role will involve direct interaction with prospective and current residents, ensuring that our property’s occupancy reaches its full potential. This position will also allow you to showcase your marketing skills and plan engaging resident events. Our innovative “SMART Office” technology is designed to engage our customers and increase sales opportunities for our leasing staff.

Your responsibilities will include showing available apartments to qualified prospects, warmly welcoming and qualifying prospects, diligently following up with potential residents, promptly processing all necessary administrative forms, leases, and related information, delivering exceptional customer service, nurturing solid relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses, and maintaining a professional appearance for the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community.

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with two or more years related or sales/customer service experience
• HS/GED required
• Saturday availability is required (closed Sundays)
