Apartment Leasing Consultant
Are you a people person who is passionate about helping others find their apartment homes? Look no further! AMLI Joya, our luxurious apartment community located in downtown Miami, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents, ensuring that our property’s occupancy is at its maximum potential. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your marketing skills and plan exciting resident events. Our “SMART Office” technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff.
As a Leasing Consultant, your duties will include showing available apartments to qualified prospects, greeting and qualifying prospects, following up on prospective residents, processing all required administrative forms, leases, and related information on time, providing quality customer service, maintaining relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses, and ensuring that the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community look professional.

Requirements:
- We are looking for someone with two or more years related or sales/customer service experience
