POSITION OVERVIEW
This role will a part of Australian Finance team based in Delhi NCR:
- Performing payroll related month end tasks
- Preparation of payroll tax returns and their timely submission on monthly basis
- Review Pay Run amounts and ensure fund availability before approval
- Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting
- Participate & Support in other payroll related on-going projects
- Support salary/ wages related queries and analytics for Audit
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Post ADP/ NGA journal templates to JDE
- Resolve JDE errors
- Communicate salary analysis file with key stakeholders
- Reconcile bank payments with payroll journals and resolve any missing information
- Prepare payroll tax file and related analytics
- Prepare payroll GL recs
- Prepare bonus and AL/ LSL journals
- Carrying out trend analysis of costs
- Follow instructions and templates
- Identify prepaid expenses and amortize, missing vendor invoice and accrue
- Document GL reconciliations and supporting information
- Journal sign on bonus and amortization
- Prepare accruals
- Prepare payroll tax reconciliation in PWC format
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-6 years of experience.

- Strong Accounting/book keeping knowledge (Dr. and Cr skills)
