Apartment Maintenance Technician

Overview:

Do you like working with your hands and crave variety in your job? AMLI Residential has an opening for a Maintenance Technician at AMLI Art Dsitrict. As the MaintenanceTechnician, you will ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our luxury aparment building in Denver.

Duties Include:

• Perform general and higher level maintenance service such as: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete checklists in regard to make-ready/apartment turns.
• Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, closets, curtains, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, lights, etc.
• Check faucets, sink plugs and repair/replace as necessary. Replace washers when needed. Perform exterior repair to sinks, bathtubs, etc., when warranted
• Assist with painting and drywall repair.
• Make new keys when requested. Replace vacancy lock (if applicable) on day lock is changed for new resident move-in.
• Share cleaning and grounds-keeping duties with all the maintenance staff.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Be available to share on-call including weekends and nights with other team members

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay: $23.00 – $25.00 an hour

Requirements:

• Maintenance and Repair experience in Painting, Dry wall, Basic Electric and Plumbing.
• Availability for on-call rotation evenings and weekends.
