Social Media Manager

As our National Social Media Manager, you will work closely with the National Creative Director and team on all facets of social media marketing – from ideation to execution, optimization to measurement.
Responsibilities* Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
* Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
* Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
* Work in conjunction with the company’s external marketing agency to optimize content, reach and engagement on all platforms for national campaigns
* Coordinate and post original, engaging and branded content across social media channels and all media formats for Lincoln Property Company and Lincoln Charities brands
* Continually optimize company pages within each social media network / platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
* Enhance the company’s employer value proposition on social media platforms to attract prospective talent and increase engagement across the organization.
* Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
* Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between residents, guests, clients, and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
* Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
* Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
* Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial calendar which includes objectives and initiatives
* Collaborate with other teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Talent Development, and Audit) to ensure brand consistency
* Build and foster collaborative relationships with other departments within the organization to stay informed and abreast of new initiatives, programs, etc.
* Mentors marketing team members while overseeing regional social media page content and engagement to ensure Lincoln’s brand integrity
* Oversee the social media marketing management platform and global reporting for property social media pages
* Monitor property social media pages through the management platform for copyright and policy violations
* Create and distribute national branded social media content for properties, including content for holidays, campaigns and / or contests
* Troubleshoot and prioritize social media attention for communities with low occupancies, high-profile assets or top tier clientsSuggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and contests
* Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
* Produce metrics to measure success of social media campaigns with monthly reporting package
* 2-3 years of social media management experience
* Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Communications / English, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Audiences, Media Management or Journalism
* Proven work experience with portfolio in social media, graphic design, and content management
* Knowledge of principles of design, including layout, typography, color, balance, composition and current design trends
* Strong skills using Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites and Canva
* Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
* Basic understanding of photography / video is preferred
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Ability to deliver creative content quickly (text, images and video)
* Excellent communication skills
* Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Must have the ability to travel at least twice each month to different locations throughout the US
* Position is Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend hours for events, annual meetings, awards ceremonies, etc.
