Revenue Associate
PROPERTY NAME: Regional Office – Dallas, TX
JOB SUMMARY:
The Revenue Associate evaluates and analyzes asset performance using the tools available within YieldStar, AIRM or LRO, and Performance Analytics. The Revenue Associate is responsible for understanding, reviewing and compiling data and reports on asset performance as it pertains to rents and revenue. The Revenue Associate is required to have intermediate to advanced knowledge in the pricing application and related procedures. This individual will act as an advisor for the client and operations team from implementation including training, managing daily rent pricing and ongoing support. The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for training the Property Managers and their leasing teams on their respective revenue management systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Accumulate, format, and analyze data within the pricing system and market research data to assess trends and identify potential opportunities/risks.
- Review daily rate recommendations and communicate with on-site and regional managers related to pricing questions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members at all levels.
- Potential online and possible in person training of leasing teams.
- Collect and interpret reports from system resources as available on data for markets, operations, and financials. Main focus will be on the systems Yardi, Yieldstar, LRO, 3rd party market reports, Performance Analytics and Business Intelligence.
- Support Revenue Managers on daily pricing, compliance, and other monthly reporting requirements.
- Support onboarding of properties during the implementation of Yieldstar or LRO.
- Other duties and projects as assigned

JOB SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

- Must have intermediate excel experience and proficiency in MS Office.
- Detail oriented and able to focus with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in independent and in team situations.
- Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience with RealPage suite of products preferred but not necessary.
- Multi-Family industry experience preferred but not necessary.
EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and/or property management software.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other specialized functional area (management, finance, real estate, and accounting) preferred.
- Real estate organization/management operations experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
