Maintenance Technician

Overview:

Apply now for our Apartment Maintenance Technician opening and if hired get a $1,000 sign-on bonus plus apartment discount! As the Maintenance Technician you will part of a team that is responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of AMLI at the Ballpark and AMLI Frisco Crossing.

• Perform general and higher level maintenance service such as: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including weekends and nights.
• Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment/building maintenance
• On Call and weekend availability is required.
• HVAC/EPA Refrigerant Certified (type 1 and 2 or Universal) or ability to obtain after hire.
