What will be your exposure?
- Conduct comprehensive valuations of investment properties and development sites in Hong Kong and craft detailed valuation reports tailored for diverse purposes
- Handle technical enquiries from clients and professional parties on valuation matters
- Compile insightful advisory reports and provide professional recommendations to clients
- Build good rapport with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Proactively contribute to business growth initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, driving expansion and success.
- Lead and mentor a team of subordinates, providing guidance and training to foster professional development
What are we looking for?
- Degree or above in Surveying, Real Estate or other related disciplines
- Member of RICS (Property Valuation) and/ or HKIS (GP Surveyor) with over 5 yearsâ post qualification experience
- A track record of proactive involvement in industry events is advantageous
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Putonghua is essential
- Proficiency in Argus software is a plus
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for alternative positions
